Our Story

Founded in 2022, Waypoint Business Advisory is a boutique consulting firm with locations in Southeast Pennsylvania and Raleigh, North Carolina. With over 45 years of combined experience in both industry and consulting, founders Jeff and Ryan have built a strong foundation in strategy and execution. Before launching Waypoint, they worked together in the strategy division at Accenture, one of the world’s largest and most successful consulting firms, where they led strategic engagements across a range of industries and regions, including the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.

After spending over a decade at Accenture, Jeff and Ryan sought the freedom to provide clients with a more agile, hands-on support. They wanted to help businesses not just with high-level strategic thinking, but with the practical, day-to-day challenges that impact operations, execution, and team effectiveness. Their goal was to establish a firm that could support organizations across every stage of their journey—from strategy development to implementation, and even addressing operational challenges that impact their ability to deliver results.
